What is Pilates?
 

Pilates builds your core strength creating strong abdominal mucles and realigns the spine into the natural postition it was designed to be in, improving your posture.

 

Pilates relieves the stress of everyday life, helping you focus on you. Pilates also helps relieve pain caused by joint problems as well as lower back pain. Pilates is a great exercise regime to partake in on its own or for supporting other sporting activities. You may find muscles you haven't used in years!

  • Small Barn,Amersham Comunity Centre, Amersham.

How does it work ?

All classes are taught by Carol Little a fully qualified Pilates
